Hey, I’m Dani, founder of DPatton Performance and a personal trainer who’s all about helping you feel strong, confident, and in charge of your body.
I didn’t start this journey from a place of strength. I came from pain.
There was a time when I felt completely lost. After a season of tragedy, I didn’t recognize the person in the mirror. I was hurting, numb, just going through the motions. I wasn’t looking for fitness to save me, but somehow, it did.
What started as a way to feel alive again became a journey of healing. Every workout, every small win, every moment I pushed myself reminded me I was capable. Fitness gave me more than physical strength, it gave me purpose and a way to keep moving forward.
After spending more than 20 years in the corporate world, I knew it was time for a change. I wanted a career where I could make a real difference, help people feel their best, and build something that mattered. That’s how DPatton Performance was born.
It’s not just about workouts, it’s about helping you rebuild, rise, and feel confident in your body and your life. Whether you’re struggling or just ready for change, I’m here to guide you.

Before I get into my story, let me say this: I’ve been where you are. Tired of feeling stuck, ready for change, and not sure where to start. What I share comes from real experience, real struggle, and a real passion for helping you feel your best without the pressure or the fluff.

My mission is to help people feel strong, confident, and energized in their bodies. Through personalized training, encouragement, and smart guidance, I focus on building both mental and physical strength so every client can make progress that lasts. It’s about feeling capable, proud, and unstoppable inside and out.

Certified, Qualified, Slightly Obsessed
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with specialized credentials in Behavior Change, Group Training, and Nutrition Coaching. I’ve also completed the Midlife Fitness for Women program through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), because I believe women deserve training that’s designed for them not around them. On top of that, I’m CPR and AED certified through the Red Cross, so safety always stays at the forefront. Every certification I’ve earned is rooted in one goal: helping you move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence no matter where you're starting from.
