Hey! I’m Dani, founder of DPatton Performance and a high-energy personal trainer on a mission to help you feel strong, confident, and empowered in your body.

But the truth is, I didn’t come into this journey from a place of strength. I came from pain.

There was a time in my life when I felt completely lost—like the ground had been pulled from beneath me. After a tragic season that shook me to my core, I didn’t recognize the person in the mirror. I was hurting, numb, just going through the motions. I wasn’t looking for fitness to save me—but somehow, it did.

What started as a simple attempt to feel something again turned into a journey of healing. Every drop of sweat, every breathless rep, every small victory became a lifeline. Fitness gave me more than just physical strength—it gave me power. It gave me purpose. It taught me how to prevail.

Fitness didn’t just change my body. It transformed my soul. It reminded me that I am resilient. That I am capable. That I am still here—for a reason.

DPatton Performance was born from that place of rebuilding. It’s not just about workouts—it’s about rising from the ashes and reclaiming your life with grit, joy, and confidence. Whether you’re at your lowest or just ready for something more, I’m here to walk that journey with you.

Before I get into my story, let me say this: I’ve been where you are—tired of feeling stuck, ready for change, and not sure where to start. What I share comes from real experience, real struggle, and a real passion for helping you feel your best—without the pressure or the fluff.

Mission

My mission is to empower and motivate others to embrace their fitness journey with confidence, energy, and joy. Through personalized training, positive encouragement, and a whole lot of hype, I aim to help every client feel strong, capable, and proud of their progress—inside and out. I believe mindset is everything, and by building mental and physical strength together, we’ll unlock a version of you that feels unstoppable.

Vision

I envision a community where fitness is fun, empowering, and accessible to everyone—no matter where they’re starting from. My goal is to create a space where people feel supported, challenged, and celebrated every step of the way. By promoting positivity, consistency, and the belief that mindset is everything, I want to inspire lifelong habits that lead to stronger bodies, healthier minds, and unstoppable confidence. Together, we’re not just working out—we’re leveling up in life.

Certified, Qualified, Slightly Obsessed

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with specialized credentials in Behavior Change, Group Training, and Nutrition Coaching. I’ve also completed the Midlife Fitness for Women program through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), because I believe women deserve training that’s designed for them—not around them. On top of that, I’m CPR and AED certified through the Red Cross, so safety always stays at the forefront. Every certification I’ve earned is rooted in one goal: helping you move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence—no matter where you're starting from.
