Hey, I’m Dani, founder of DPatton Performance and a personal trainer dedicated to helping you feel strong, confident, and in control of your body.

My journey didn’t begin from a place of strength. It began from pain.

There was a time when life knocked me off my feet. After a season of loss and heartbreak, I barely recognized myself. I was going through the motions, disconnected from my body and unsure of who I was becoming. I wasn’t searching for fitness to change my life, but in many ways, it did.

What started as a way to feel something again turned into a path toward healing. Each workout, each small win, and each moment I chose to keep showing up reminded me of my own resilience. Fitness gave me more than physical strength. It gave me clarity, purpose, and forward momentum.

After more than two decades in a fast paced professional career, I felt called to build something more meaningful. I wanted to work with people, create impact, and help others reconnect with their strength in a way that lasts. That calling became DPatton Performance.

This isn’t just about workouts. It’s about rebuilding trust in your body, gaining confidence, and learning how to move through life with strength and intention. Whether you’re starting from scratch or ready for your next chapter, I’m here to guide you.

Before I share my story, here’s what matters most: I’ve been where you are. Stuck, ready for change, and unsure of the next step. What I bring to my work comes from lived experience and a true desire to help you feel your best, without pressure, judgment, or fluff.

My mission is to help people feel strong, confident, and energized in their bodies. Through personalized training, encouragement, and smart guidance, I focus on building both mental and physical strength so every client can make progress that lasts. It’s about feeling capable, proud, and unstoppable inside and out.

I envision a community where fitness is fun, empowering, and accessible to everyone, no matter where they’re starting. A place where people feel supported, challenged, and celebrated as they grow stronger, both in body and mind. By fostering positivity, consistency, and a mindset for success, we build lifelong habits and unstoppable confidence. Together, we’re not just working out, we’re leveling up in life.

Certified, Qualified, Slightly Obsessed

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with specialized credentials in Behavior Change, Group Training, and Nutrition Coaching. I’ve also completed the Midlife Fitness for Women program through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), because I believe women deserve training that’s designed for them not around them. On top of that, I’m CPR and AED certified through the Red Cross, so safety always stays at the forefront. Every certification I’ve earned is rooted in one goal: helping you move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence no matter where you're starting from.
