Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to full charge. All services are designed to support strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Programs may include strength training, movement work, nutrition guidance, and event-based offerings depending on the service selected.
